Singapore’s largest tech event since border reopening facilitated critical conversations on the development of the digital economy and an inclusive digital society.
With numerous conversations on the impact of digital technology on governance, business and society, ATxSG 2022 underscored the ubiquity of tech, impacting how people work, play, and live. That’s why for Tom Cuthell, Vice President of Global Festivals at Informa Tech, one of the event’s key strengths was its combination of breadth and depth: “We brought the whole ecosystem together, but at the same time offered razor-sharp focus on the issues that matter most to people within each of these sectors, whether that’s AI, IoT, Web 3.0 or the metaverse.”
Nowhere was this marriage of breadth and depth more apparent than in the topics covered across the wide-ranging line-up of panels, roundtables, keynotes and fireside chats throughout the four-day event. ATxSummit itself saw more 2,000 guests and 80 speakers from 30 countries engage in dynamic discourse across four pillars that pushed boundaries of the digital sphere: Tech x Trust, Tech x Good, Tech x Builders, and Tech x Creative.
