Amway Thailand 2025 Incentive Trip

Published: 8 Jun 2026

Overview

For Amway Thailand, there’s no better place in Asia to inspire its top sales leaders to scale greater heights than Singapore, the island-state in the heart of the region that blends best-in-class business, culture and leisure.

In October 2025, Amway Thailand, an affiliate of one of the world’s largest multilevel direct selling companies Amway Corporation, hosted the Amway Thailand New Platinum Seminar 2025 in Singapore for the first time. It was also the first overseas incentive trip that Amway Thailand has ever awarded its Amway business owners (ABOs) who achieved new platinum level with an overseas incentive.

A global trade and innovation hub known for its business excellence, Singapore is an aspirational meeting destination for the top ABOs who have themselves achieved outstanding sales and sponsorships. Amway Thailand’s choice of Singapore underscored the city’s status as a sought-after MICE destination.

Singapore: A vibrant destination with experiences that inspire

Waranon Kongpatimakorn, Head of Sales at Amway Thailand, stressed that the company wanted to reward its platinum leaders with a “complete” experience that they could bring home to share and inspire others in the organization, which in turn will sustain growth. And Singapore offered just that.

“Singapore is a vibrant travel destination that is well connected to Southeast Asia and Thailand, and well known for its world-class leisure offerings, from quality hotels to iconic attractions,” said Kongpatimakorn.

“The diverse leisure experiences – from the unique local cuisines and rich cultural tours to one-of-a-kind attractions – was a key factor in our selection of Singapore as the host destination.”

Kongpatimakorn also applauded the Singapore Tourism Board and local suppliers for their support in aiding the Amway Thailand team to put together an exciting and memorable trip for the delegates.

World-class attractions and culinary feasts

Over the 3-day trip from 23-25 October 2025, delegates enjoyed visits to Singapore’s renowned attractions, as well as touring historic, cultural neighbourhoods that have preserved distinct heritage and architecture reflecting the country’s diverse ethnic roots.

At Universal Studios Singapore, delegates were transported by adrenaline-pumping rides and interactive shows into the world of blockbuster movies and television shows, while a visit to the Singapore Oceanarium was a class in the wonders of the ocean and life within As part of their morning exercise, they enjoyed a glimpse of the limitless sky from the iconic Tree Tunnel (subterranean spiral staircase) at Fort Canning Park. Later in the day, a walk through Kampong Gelam and down Haji Lane offered the delegates a taste of Singapore’s historic and multi-cultural society.

Delegates were awed by the architectural and engineering innovations of the world’s tallest indoor waterfall at Jewel Changi Airport and the reimagination of nature at the iconic Gardens by the Bay.

No visit to Singapore would be complete without digging into some renown local fares. A meal of Hainanese chicken rice at Boon Tong Kee and a sumptuous dinner featuring chilli crabs at JUMBO Seafood East Coast Park were a couple of culinary highlights for the delegates.

Vivid impressions

The incentive trip is an initiative of the Amway Thailand Leadership Programme, which blends business with cultural immersion to support the growth of qualified ABOs, recognise and enhance their leadership within the organisation.

ABOs celebrated their achievements by immersing in the fun and excitement which major Singapore landmarks and attractions presented.

Gardens by the Bay and the Singapore Oceanarium were a couple of attractions that left deep impressions among these top sales leaders.

“I enjoyed visiting Gardens by the Bay and Chinatown, and everything was so beautiful and well organised,” said Sasima Phatwichaichot, who welcomed how easy it was to travel to Singapore from Thailand.

“Singapore is safe and modern, and well organised. There are many exciting attractions and fun activities to do, and delicious local cuisines,” she said.

For fellow delegate Pimolnath Lekprichakul, it was learning about Singapore’s history and culture during tours to Haji Lane and Chinatown that left a mark, while the visit to the Singapore Oceanarium “was amazing”.

“We saw so many different sea animals and the habitats, which was very exciting. It was a great place for all of us to spend time together and take nice photos,” Lekprichakul added.

A trip for stronger bonds and new ideas to grow the business

Delegates departed from Singapore with a stronger bond with the Amway Thailand community, concluding that time spent connecting with fellow ABOs have inspired new ideas and concepts about how to grow their business back in Thailand.

“Connecting and learning about what other people have achieved has made me more excited to keep building my business,” said Ukrit Rojanusorn.

“We visited places like Jewel Changi and Marina Barrage, and I learned about how Singapore is not only one of the greenest cities in the world, but how the country put in so much effort to design the city in a sustainable way,” he added.

As a company focused on health and well-being, Kongpatimakorn said Singapore is the ideal destination for their leaders to learn about excellence in sustainable urban planning in design through landmarks like Gardens by the Bay and the Marina Barrage.

Success of Amway Thailand New Platinum Seminar 2025 positioned Singapore as a preferred destination not only for future Amway Thailand incentive trips, but also for similar initiatives for other corporations, as a city marked with delivering prestige, purpose and performance.
