Waranon Kongpatimakorn, Head of Sales at Amway Thailand, stressed that the company wanted to reward its platinum leaders with a “complete” experience that they could bring home to share and inspire others in the organization, which in turn will sustain growth. And Singapore offered just that.
Over the 3-day trip from 23-25 October 2025, delegates enjoyed visits to Singapore’s renowned attractions, as well as touring historic, cultural neighbourhoods that have preserved distinct heritage and architecture reflecting the country’s diverse ethnic roots.
At Universal Studios Singapore, delegates were transported by adrenaline-pumping rides and interactive shows into the world of blockbuster movies and television shows, while a visit to the Singapore Oceanarium was a class in the wonders of the ocean and life within As part of their morning exercise, they enjoyed a glimpse of the limitless sky from the iconic Tree Tunnel (subterranean spiral staircase) at Fort Canning Park. Later in the day, a walk through Kampong Gelam and down Haji Lane offered the delegates a taste of Singapore’s historic and multi-cultural society.
The incentive trip is an initiative of the Amway Thailand Leadership Programme, which blends business with cultural immersion to support the growth of qualified ABOs, recognise and enhance their leadership within the organisation.
ABOs celebrated their achievements by immersing in the fun and excitement which major Singapore landmarks and attractions presented.
Gardens by the Bay and the Singapore Oceanarium were a couple of attractions that left deep impressions among these top sales leaders.
“I enjoyed visiting Gardens by the Bay and Chinatown, and everything was so beautiful and well organised,” said Sasima Phatwichaichot, who welcomed how easy it was to travel to Singapore from Thailand.
“Singapore is safe and modern, and well organised. There are many exciting attractions and fun activities to do, and delicious local cuisines,” she said.
Delegates departed from Singapore with a stronger bond with the Amway Thailand community, concluding that time spent connecting with fellow ABOs have inspired new ideas and concepts about how to grow their business back in Thailand.
“Connecting and learning about what other people have achieved has made me more excited to keep building my business,” said Ukrit Rojanusorn.
“We visited places like Jewel Changi and Marina Barrage, and I learned about how Singapore is not only one of the greenest cities in the world, but how the country put in so much effort to design the city in a sustainable way,” he added.
As a company focused on health and well-being, Kongpatimakorn said Singapore is the ideal destination for their leaders to learn about excellence in sustainable urban planning in design through landmarks like Gardens by the Bay and the Marina Barrage.
Success of Amway Thailand New Platinum Seminar 2025 positioned Singapore as a preferred destination not only for future Amway Thailand incentive trips, but also for similar initiatives for other corporations, as a city marked with delivering prestige, purpose and performance.
