The SingapoRediscovers Vouchers scheme has ended. Read on if you have any questions about it.

To support local tourism businesses, all Singapore Citizens 18 years and above in 2020 had received S$100 worth of digital SingapoRediscovers Vouchers, which could be used for hotels, attractions and tours. The Vouchers could be redeemed through any of the five Authorised Booking Partner websites (Changi Recommends, GlobalTix, Klook, Traveloka and Trip.com). All experiences that were booked by 31 December 2021, must be enjoyed by 31 March 2022.

The digital SingapoRediscovers Vouchers must be used by 31 December 2021, to book attractions, hotels and tours experiences – or donated. The validity period to enjoy experiences booked using the digital SingapoRediscovers Vouchers is till 31 March 2022. From 1 January 2022, the five Authorised Booking Partners will no longer accept tourism bookings made using the vouchers, and all physical counters will be closed.

Yes, experiences booked with the digital SingapoRediscovers Vouchers before 31 December 2021 can be enjoyed up till 31 March 2022, subject to the terms and conditions of the five Authorised Booking Partners (Changi Recommends, GlobalTix, Klook, Traveloka and Trip.com).

Any change of date or product to existing bookings after 31 December 2021 is also subject to the terms and conditions of the five Authorised Booking Partners (Changi Recommends, GlobalTix, Klook, Traveloka and Trip.com) and SRV merchants. We recommend that you visit the respective booking partners' website for the latest information and reach out to them to make alternative arrangements where possible.

The digital SingapoRediscovers vouchers are non-refundable. You may request for a change of date or product, depending on the terms and conditions of the five Authorised Booking Partners (Changi Recommends, GlobalTix, Klook, Traveloka and Trip.com) and SRV merchants. Singaporeans are advised to visit the respective booking partners' website for the latest information and reach out to them to make alternative arrangements where possible.

No, the digital SingapoRediscovers Vouchers are aimed specifically at providing additional support to the tourism industry, which has been severely impacted by COVID-19. The Vouchers are meant for personal use only, and the reselling or exchanging of products purchased with the digital SingapoRediscovers Vouchers is strictly not allowed.

Affected Singaporeans are advised to reach out to the five Authorised Booking Partners (Changi Recommends, GlobalTix, Klook, Traveloka and Trip.com) to facilitate product exchange, subject to the terms and conditions of the respective authorised booking partners and SRV merchants.
