The Meadow, Gardens by the Bay

Why it’s great: Located within the iconic Gardens by the Bay, The Meadow is Singapore’s largest outdoor garden event space. The lush green open space, set against the stunning city backdrop, provides the perfect environment for mass events, carnivals, themed evenings, team building activities and more. For convenience, “Garden Cruisers” can be chartered to take your guests to the venue. After a day out at the venue, delegates may also enjoy the mesmerising music and light show at the nearby Supertree Grove.

Changi Exhibition Centre

Why it’s great: Best known for hosting the Singapore Airshow, Changi Exhibition Centre provides 100,000m2 of outdoor space and 40,000m2 of indoor exhibition area (including an exhibition hall and multiple function rooms). The huge space is versatile, allowing you to create the perfect setting for anything you want – the space has been used for motoring events, concerts, corporate gatherings, conferences and more. Catering for busy VIPs with limited time in Singapore? The venue is just a 15-minute drive from Changi Airport so your guests can hop right over to your event after touching down.  

Capacity: As a guide, nearly 80,000 visitors visited the Singapore Airshow over one weekend in 2018.

Faber Peak

Why it’s great: The panoramic views of Singapore’s skyline from atop the hill will make for great pictures. Secondly, you will love the variety of spaces available. The indoor ballroom allows you to hold presentations in the day in cool comfort. When evening rolls around, your guests can adjourn to either the open-air Arbora restaurant, which looks out onto the harbour and cable cars, or Dusk Restaurant & Bar for glorious sunset vistas. Coach services and cable car rides can be arranged to get your guests to Faber Peak, which is just 10 minutes away from the city centre.

Royal Albatross

Why it’s great: Want an event with a serious wow factor? Then set sail with the Royal Albatross, Singapore’s largest charter yacht docked at Resorts WorldTM Sentosa. Expect wide-open spaces on the upper deck that are perfect for standing receptions or seated dinners, and intimate spaces in the air-conditioned lounge. There are two fully fitted bars and a full-fledged kitchen on board to meet your gastronomic demands. Not only is this tallship for MICE events but it is also great for team-building activities.  Delegates may either participate in the Tall Ship Mast Climb or work as a unit to operate and commandeer the ship, putting communication skills and teamwork to the test .
