Unleash your inner carnivore and indulge in a variety of wood-fired delights at this popular American-style smokehouse.
It is definitely meat galore with highlights such as the 14-hour smoked brisket with zesty coleslaw, 3-hour smoked pork chop and grilled pork ribs topped with a spiced apple cider glaze.

Head over to this no-frills home grown burger joint for hearty meat-packed options at reasonable prices.
A must-try is the dry aged beef burger, consisting of Australian beef that is dry aged for a month and comes with homemade chipotle mayo, cheese and pickled onions. Other tasty creations you may find yourself wolfing down are the creamy salted egg chicken burger and Szechuan beef sliders prepared with fluffy mantou buns.

WAKANUI Grill Dining

The first and only overseas offshoot of the original establishment in Tokyo, this niche fine-dining steakhouse specialises in high quality steak and lamb sourced from New Zealand.
The cattle are raised on lush pastures in the South Island. Upon reaching Singapore, it is dry aged for several more weeks in the restaurant’s in-house cellar. A special grilling technique using binchotan (white charcoal produced in Japan) is then employed to bring out the original flavours of the fine meats.
Hard core meat fans will relish polishing off the WAKANUI selection board—a tasting platter of signature dishes such as ocean beef bone-in ribeye, Canterbury grass-fed fillet and the moist spring lamb notably devoid of any gaminess.
