WAKANUI Grill Dining
21 Days Dry-aged Ocean Beef Bone-in Ribeye served at WAKANUI Grill Dining

The first and only overseas offshoot of the original establishment in Tokyo, this niche fine-dining steakhouse specialises in high quality steak and lamb sourced from New Zealand.

The cattle are raised on lush pastures in the South Island. Upon reaching Singapore, it is dry aged for several more weeks in the restaurant’s in-house cellar. A special grilling technique using binchotan (white charcoal produced in Japan) is then employed to bring out the original flavours of the fine meats.

Hard core meat fans will relish polishing off the WAKANUI selection board—a tasting platter of signature dishes such as ocean beef bone-in ribeye, Canterbury grass-fed fillet and the moist spring lamb notably devoid of any gaminess.
