Michelin dining at Les Amis

The renowned Michelin Guide launched its inaugural Singapore edition earlier this year, and eight of the 29 starred restaurants can be found at Orchard Road alone. Among them is Les Amis, which was awarded two Michelin stars. This signature fine-dining restaurant presents the epitome of contemporary French dining.

Headed by Chef Sebastian Lepinoy, the dishes feature classic French sophistication with a touch of the Asian aesthetic. A crowd favourite is the cold angel hair pasta. Delicately balanced with konbu, caviar and black truffle, this signature starter is sure to delight the taste buds. Besides the food, the décor is another highlight. Plush leather seats and sparkling chandeliers adorn the interior, creating the perfect setting to relax with a tipple from the restaurant’s famed 3,000-bottle wine cellar.
