Sheraton Towers Singapore presents an epicurean spread of delectable Asian fare at The Dining Room from now to 9 December 2020.

Available daily during lunch as well as dinner on weekends, guests can indulge in a set menu featuring familiar local flavours, adeptly prepared by the culinary brigade.

Some of the tantalising highlights include a healthy selection of 7-grain rice featuring fresh ingredients from the hotel’s mini garden - Blue Pea Coconut Rice, and Pandan Coconut Rice; Fried Chicken Thigh with homemade Sambal Tumis; unlimited servings of Osso Buco Rendang with 24-hour sous-vide lamb shank; Masak Kicap (Sweet Soy Sauce) Beef Brisket where the meat is sous-vide with concocted marinade for 36 hours; and a dessert platter featuring Chendol with Coconut Ice Cream that is made from fresh coconut, and last but not least, the crowd favourite’s Durian Crumble Tart.

Set menu is priced at SGD48++ per adult.
