A paradise of culinary delights takes front and centre stage at the Singapore Food Festival (SFF) 2021, which returns this year to delight foodies of all stripes.

Now in its 28th edition, the Singapore Food Festival has evolved to take on a new hybrid format, with a host of virtual and live events that bring the Singapore Food Story to malls, popular tourist precincts and the rest of the globe.

Whether you’re looking to attend live masterclasses with some of Singapore’s finest culinary experts, or enjoy a virtual jaunt through some of our island’s most charming neighbourhoods, this year’s SFF is bound to have you rediscovering your love for food.

Participants looking to enjoy the festivities from the comfort of their living rooms can sign up for a virtual tour, as they explore the colourful streets of Little India with Tribe Tours or soak in the charming vibes of Tiong Bahru with VegThisCity.

With more than a dozen masterclasses, aspiring chefs will be able to hone their skills in the kitchen. Whip up nasi padang burritos, fishball noodle soup and modern Asian delights courtesy of beloved local restaurants like Rumah Makan Minang, Fishball Story and Avenue 87.

Food for thought also awaits audience members watching from home. Discover how sustainable food brand CRUST transforms surplus ingredients and food waste into artisanal beer, and how local coffee brand Kim Guan Guan has mastered the nuances of brewing kopi (local coffee).
