SINGAPORE BIENNALE 2008
Organised by the National Arts Council, this mega contemporary visual arts exhibition is an assembly of the world’s most exciting and outstanding works, local and international artists, curators, critics and academics.
Now, into its second edition, the Biennale features the theme "Wonder" and is set to captivate and challenge our imagination with visually-arresting works appearing along Singapore’s unique cityscapes.
And if the inaugural event’s success is anything to go by, this year’s visual art extravaganza is expected to attract more international attention as it propels Singapore into a vibrant global arts hub.
