GRAND PRIX – THE F1 LEGEND THROUGH PHOTOGRAPHY
With « GRAND PRIX – The F1 Legend Through Photography », an exhibition of 64 photographs selected from the renowned Cahier Archive documenting F1 history from 1952 till now, Singapore plays host to the artistic side of car racing, a sport of which Bernard and Paul-Henri Cahier, father and son, are two of the most acclaimed photographers. Their exhibition offers a rare glimpse into the F1 legend mixing high technology, sportsmanship, team work and celebrity-dom, from the days of Fangio, Farina and Moss to those of Senna, Schumacher and Hamilton. Photographs from the Cahier Archive have been exhibited at F1 circuits around the world, from Monaco to Montreal. Singapore will be the first country in Southeast Asia to present such an exhibition. Paul-Henri Cahier will also share his experiences as a Formula One photographer in a talk for photographers and F1 enthusiasts, before covering Singapore GP itself.
