Surrounded by water, Singapore probably has the best waterfront dining in Asia. Alfresco dining at Boat Quay, Clarke Quay and Esplanade - Theatres on the Bay, are heady experiences not to be missed. Great food, great ambience - this is the life! The Singapore River Cruises also offer dinner on glass-top boats (pre-reservations needed).
