Where to eat
Tanglin Village/ Dempsey Hill

Just off Holland Road and outside the Orchard Road area, the Tanglin Village/ Dempsey Hill is no longer only known for its antique, teak furniture shops and carpet dealers. Home to a handful of F&B nooks for a quiet and cosy night out, the area has made a name for itself as a wine-and-dine destination. Imagine wining and dining amidst lush gardens, secluded soft-lit surroundings and amongst breezy palms and you pretty much have the right idea.

In addition to restaurants, Dempsey Hill has House (a spa managed by Spa Esprit), Go-Go Bambini (a children entertainment centre), Red Sea Gallery (an art gallery and school), jones the grocer (a grocery store), Ben & Jerry's (an ice cream store) and Culina Quality Food & Beverage (a quality food store).
