To make it easier for you to stage or expand your business event in Singapore, the Singapore Exhibition & Convention Bureau (SECB) – a group of the Singapore Tourism Board, offers customised support to business event organisers, corporations and associations under the BE IN SINGAPORE incentive scheme.
In addition to encouraging industry partners to develop new channels in-market for business events development, we also support International Organisations who wish to establish a presence in Singapore as part of their expansion into the Asia-Pacific region.

To provide you with advice and support, we hope to hear from you at least a month prior to your corporate meeting or incentive trip and at least 3 months for larger corporate events. For conventions and exhibitions, do contact us 6 months before the staging of your event.

The term ‘Visitor Nights’ (VN) or ‘Foreign Visitors’ (FV) is used to determine the size of an event.
‘Visitor Nights’ is calculated by the duration of event or group stay in Singapore multiplied by the number of foreign visitors.
‘Foreign Visitors’ is a key criterion to denote the size of exhibitions and it refers to the number of overseas exhibition visitors.
