As a , you will have the chance of sharing your wonderful and unique experiences in Singapore with tourists at our Singapore Visitors Centres.
You will need to volunteer at our Singapore Visitor Centres (Orchard or Changi Airport) for a year and commit at least 96 duty hours per year (one 8-hr shift or two 4-hr shifts per month). Your contributions include providing general information to tourists visiting Singapore, supporting marketing projects and general administrative duties for the visitors centres.

On top of being able to share your passion for Singapore with the tourists at our Singapore Visitors Centres and make new friends with fellow volunteers or existing customer service officers, you will also receive the following benefits:
- Gain first hand knowledge on Singapore tourism products/offerings through classroom and on-the-job training, as well as familiarization trips to exciting places of interests in Singapore.
- Receive opportunities for personal development in the aspect of providing service through service training.
- Free access to selected attractions under the Associations of Singapore Attraction (ASA) e.g. Asian Civilisation Museum, Escape Theme Park, Jurong Bird Park, Singapore Botanic Gardens, and Under Water World. (Subjected to availability)

- Invite to Annual Uniquely Singapore Friends Appreciation Dinner.

We are looking for people from diverse backgrounds and nationalities! You must possess a great passion for Singapore Tourism and are excited about what tourists can do, see and learn in Singapore. You must be vibrant, friendly and be able to converse in English fluently. You should also be a good team player, service-oriented and highly adaptable. Volunteers from all nationalities, especially expatriates and/or their spouses and foreign students (16 years old and above) living in Singapore are welcomed! |
