| 2. How many people are required to form a team? You can take part individually or as a team. |

| 3. Is it necessary to drive to participate? No, it is not mandatory to drive; participants can come to Singapore via other forms of transportation but participants would be required to have their registration card, Malaysian passport and immigration card on them at any time during the race. |

| 4. Are there any entry or registration fees? No, this event is free for all Malaysian citizens who reside in Malaysia. |

| 5. Who is eligible to participate? The promotion is open to all Malaysian visitors only, except any non-Malaysians, Malaysian PRs residing in Singapore and Malaysians working in Singapore. This also excludes employees (and their families) of the Organizers, any affiliates, subsidiary companies (Organizers), any representatives or agents of those companies and anyone else who may be involved with the promotion. |

| 6. What is the duration of the race? The Race starts every Saturday. The duration may vary at different stages. It could take anything between one to seven days, depending on how long the participants take to find the treasure. |

| 7. What documents would I need to bring along with me? You would require your registration card, Malaysian passport and immigration card to take part in this hunt. |

| 8. How does the race work? The Race starts every Saturday. There will be 5 different prizes in each race (it is not mandatory for a participant to take part in these 5 races). The prizes increase each week ie participant may win RM50,000 in Race 1, RM75,000 in Race 2, RM100,000 for Race 3, RM125,000 in Race 4 and RM150,000 in Race 5. Each race will involve the participant reading The Star, Sin Chew Daily or www.visitsingapore.com/half-a-millionringgitrace to view the entry riddle. This entry riddle will lead the participant to the first starting point. At this start point, the participant will register, receive his registration card and he will view the clue poster to obtain the clue to the next checkpoint. Solve the clue and visit the location. There, the participant will find a clue poster with the next forwarding clue to confirm that the participant is at the correct place. When the participant reaches the final point, he will need to lookout for a red letterbox which is the treasure chest. Use the lock combination (found on the clue poster at the second last location) to open the treasure chest . The treasure chest will contain instructions to claim the prize. |

| 9. How many checkpoint/locations are there in each race? There will be between 3 to 5 checkpoints within each race. |

| 12. How would I be able to identify the checkpoints? You will see a clue poster in the vicinity of the checkpoint, indicative that you have found the checkpoint. |

| 13. Are there any requirements with regards to age? Can my children be involved in the hunt? No, there are no restrictions on age. Anyone who deems themselves physically and mentally fit for an event of this nature can be part of this hunt. As articulated in key materials, the Organizers will not bear responsibility for injury sustained during the race. By participating in the race, the participant has agreed to be bound to the stipulated terms and conditions. |

| 14. What time does the event start? The event will operate according to each location’s operating hours. The starting point in Singapore operates from 8am-8pm on a daily basis. |

| 15. If more than 1 person finds the treasure, what happens? In the event that more than 1 person finds the treasure, the Organizers will only award the treasure to the first person that completes the hunt and is able to provide all the necessary documents, and successfully answers all validation queries pertaining to the checkpoints and riddles imposed on him. Otherwise the next person who fulfills all the above will be awarded the prize. |

| 16. How will the winner be decided? The first qualified (Malaysian visitor) to locate the treasure, complete the required checkpoints and carry out the instructions found in the treasure chest will be the eventual winner. Documents such as officially endorsed registration card, Malaysian passport and immigration card are necessary in order to claim the prize. Not only that, but the participant must successfully answer the series of validation questions pertaining to the respective checkpoints and riddles. |

| 17. How do we know if the prize is claimed? Clue posters announcing that the prize has been found will be displayed. With that, the next race will be activated and participants are encouraged to return to the start point on the following Saturday to try out the next race which has a higher value prize. |

| 18. What happens if the prize is not found within the stipulated week? It will remain to be discovered. And the next Race will only continue should the prior Race be completed, and the treasure is claimed. |

| 19. What happens if the prize is found in less than 7 days? The next race with the higher value of prize will take place on the following Saturday. |

| 26. How does one claim the prize? One needs to successfully reach the final point and locate the treasure chest. The treasure chest will contain instructions for the participant to adhere to. A phone number will also be provided as part of these instructions for the participant to call and claim his prize. The participant, however, needs to have all the necessary documents ie Malaysian passport, immigration card and officially endorsed registration card, and also will need to answer all validation queries pertaining to the checkpoints and riddles. |

| 27. Will the prize be subjected to tax? Yes, the prize awarded to the participant will be subjected to taxes in Malaysia. The respective taxes will be borne by the winner. |

| 28. What if there is a dispute? No correspondence will be entertained as the Organizers decision is final. |
