Nothing incites wonder quite like an 8.3-metre-tall aquarium—we’re talking about the Open Ocean exhibit that’s the centrepiece of the S.E.A. Aquarium™. Head to one of the world’s largest aquariums to marvel at over 800 species of marine life. Alternatively, learn more about these creatures and their habitats through an educational guided tour. Kids are in for an eye-opening experience with the Ocean Dreams sleepover, where they can indulge in an overnight immersive experience in front of the Open Ocean exhibit.

Trick Eye Museum
The Trick Eye Museum promises an experience that’s a far cry from stiff, quiet galleries. The masterpieces on display here are all optical illusions, with majority of the artworks specially created for Singapore and not seen in other Trick Eye Museums worldwide. Get your cameras ready, too—a trip to this museum is bound to be rife with photo-op moments as you strike a pose with the many artworks that are interweaved with optical illusions.

Bring the little ones for a unique indoor theme park experience at KidZania, where they can try their hand at their future careers of choice through role-play games—whether they want to be pilots, runway models or candy shop owners. Budding pilots can experience flying a plane through a simulation at the Aviation Academy, while doctors-to-be can play paramedic at the kid-sized hospital.

Skyline Luge Sentosa
Hop on the Skyline Luge Sentosa for a unique go-karting experience, but not before you and the kids take the Skyride chairlift to the top of the Luge track, where a stunning view of Sentosa awaits. Once you’ve reached the top, board your Luge and navigate over 600 metres worth of trails at whatever speed you fancy—go daringly fast or cruise along at a leisurely pace.
Take note that children must be at least 85cm tall to be able to ride on the Skyride with an adult, and at least 6 years old and 110cm tall to ride the Luge alone. Fret not, kids who don’t meet that requirement won’t have to miss out, they can ride the Luge in tandem with an adult (purchase a child doubling ticket at just S$ 3).

USS needs no introduction: amusement rides, live entertainment, fun dining options, it’s got it all. If you’re travelling with the young ones, make sure to check out the shows such as the Shrek 4-D Adventure, which isn’t just an audio-visual treat—it will engage your sense of touch and smell too.

Adventure Cove Waterpark
If you haven’t gotten enough of an adrenaline rush, visit Adventure Cove Waterpark for more thrill rides. Get your goggles and don your swimsuits, this aquatic amusement park has water rides galore. You can experience a rush on the high-speed water slides, float the day away at the lazy river, or snorkel with tropical fish in the Rainbow Reef. Then, dine al-fresco style at The Bay Restaurant. Perched on a terrace that overlooks the Waterpark, the restaurant serves up an array of local favourites, and Asian and Western treats.

Wings of Time
Lasers, pyrotechnics, giant water jets and a majestic score take you on a journey through space and time—it’s all part of Wings of Time, a stunning multimedia spectacle held on the waters off Sentosa. Let your kids’ imaginations run wild as they follow the adventures of Rachel and Felix, two children who travel through time with the help of a mythical bird-like creature called Shahbaz.
There are two shows (S$18-S$23) every night, at 7.40pm and 8.40pm.

Check into a hotel stay that’s specially curated for you and your little ones at the Festive Hotel. The hotel offers bright and vibrant décor, a Kids’ Club that holds storytelling and craft sessions, as well as a kids’ pool.
